Mrs. Lucía Martínez-Noriega has more than 22 years of experience in the Real Estate sector. She is currently Managing Director of Hines Spain, where she is responsible for the Finance and Human Resources Department.

Prior to joining Hines in 2019, she developed an outstanding 17-year career in different divisions of Morgan Stanley in Madrid and London. She holds a degree in Economics from CEU San Pablo University (Madrid), has participated in the executive program Promociona (CEO-ESADE) and is an active member of Women in Real Estate Spain (WIRES).
