Who are we?

HLRE Socimi HLRE Socimi is a company listed on BME Scaleup that specializes in the management of high-quality shopping centers and retail parks in Spain. It is backed by Hines European Real Estate Partners III and Grupo Lar. The company currently manages a portfolio of 8 properties (7 shopping centers and 1 retail park) with a total leasable area of more than 338,000 m². Through an active and community-focused management model, HLRE Socimi promotes a resilient, innovative, and sustainable retail sector capable of generating economic, social, and environmental value in the regions where it operates.

HLRE Socimi’s mission is to lead the retail real estate industry thanks to the size of its portfolio, the quality of its assets and the efficiency of its management model. The constant improvement in these three objectives allows it to maximize the value provided to all our stakeholders. In recent years, it has consolidated a solid relationship of trust with its tenants, who also benefit from one of the lowest effort rates in the industry.
